Payroll Run Right, Filed On Time
The expensive part of payroll isn’t cutting the checks, it’s the deposits and filings behind them. Miss a 941 deadline and the penalty shows up fast, and it compounds. We handle the whole cycle so your people get paid and the IRS stays quiet.

Every pay period and every deadline, handled the same way.
See If You're A Fit
Who This Is For
Most of our clients fall into one of a few situations. If you see yourself here, the first conversation is free and there’s no obligation after it.
Businesses With Their First Hires
You just went from doing it yourself to running a team, and payroll tax deposits are now your problem. Get it set up right before the first missed deadline.
S-Corp Owners
An S-corp election means you have to pay yourself reasonable compensation through payroll. We handle the mechanics and keep the amount defensible.
Anyone Who's Gotten a Notice
A penalty letter for a late 941 or a missed deposit. We'll sort out what's owed, get current, and make sure it doesn't happen again.
How Does It Work?
Our Process
Think you’re a good fit? Here’s what happens next.
1
Book A Call
A free call to see what you're running. How many people, what pay schedule, whether you're already on a platform or starting fresh. No cost, no obligation.
2
Set Up Your Account
We collect employee details, wage rates, withholding elections, and your state registrations. If you've got existing payroll history this year, we bring it over.
3
First Run
We process the first cycle with you watching, confirm everyone's paid correctly, and make sure deposits and registrations are all live before we go on autopilot.
4
Ongoing
Every cycle runs on schedule. Deposits and quarterlies filed on time, W-2s and 1099s at year-end. You approve hours, we do the rest.
Frequently Asked Questions
Some frequently asked questions about the service that you may have questions about
Who do you run payroll for?
Small businesses across Indian River and St. Lucie Counties, typically one to fifty employees. That includes S-corp owners who need to put themselves on payroll after making the election.
What software do you use?
We work with the major payroll platforms and can stay on whatever you're already running. If you're starting from scratch or doing it by hand, we'll set you up.
I got a penalty notice. Can you fix it?
Usually. Late deposits and missed 941s are the most common causes, and penalty abatement is often available for a first offense. Brian is an Enrolled Agent, so he can deal with the IRS directly on it.
How much does it cost?
It depends on headcount and how often you run payroll. We quote before starting. Cleaning up an existing mess is priced separately from ongoing service.
Do you handle my taxes too?
Yes. Payroll, bookkeeping, and your return all come from the same person, so your W-2 wages, owner compensation, and business return actually line up instead of being reconciled after the fact.
