Tax Services Built Around Your Situation

Most tax problems come from the same place: nobody was watching the details until it was too late to change them. We handle preparation, resolution, and planning together, so the return you file in April reflects decisions we made months earlier. Brian is an Enrolled Agent, which means he’s federally licensed to represent you before the IRS if anything comes back.

What We Actually Do for You

Three services that work together. Most clients start with one and end up using several because the same numbers feed all of them.

Tax Preparation

Individual and business returns filed by an Enrolled Agent. 1040s, Schedule C, partnerships, and S-corps, including prior-year and multi-state.

Tax Resolution

Unfiled returns, IRS notices, and balances you can’t pay. Brian is licensed to deal with the IRS directly on your behalf.

Tax Planning

The moves that lower your bill happen before December 31st. Quarterly estimates, entity structure, and year-end projections.

Who This Is For

Most of our clients fall into one of a few situations. If you see yourself here, the first conversation is free and there’s no obligation after it.

Small Business Owners
You're running an LLC, S-corp, or partnership and need the books, payroll, and return handled by one person who sees the whole picture instead of three vendors who don't talk to each other.
Self-Employed and 1099 Earners
Contractors, freelancers, and anyone whose income doesn't come with withholding. Quarterly estimates, deductions you're actually entitled to, and no surprise bill in April.
Anyone Behind on Filing
Unfiled years, an IRS notice you've been avoiding, or a balance you can't pay. Enrolled Agent representation means Brian handles the IRS so you don't have to.

Frequently Asked Questions

Some frequently asked questions about the service that you may have questions about

Who are your typical clients?
Individuals with complicated returns, self-employed and 1099 earners, and small businesses across Indian River and St. Lucie Counties. A lot of clients come to us behind on filing or after getting a letter they didn't expect.
What is an Enrolled Agent, and why does it matter?
An Enrolled Agent is licensed directly by the IRS and has unlimited practice rights, meaning they can represent any taxpayer on any tax matter in any state. It's the highest credential the IRS awards. Practically, it means Brian can deal with the IRS on your behalf instead of just preparing paperwork and handing it back to you.
I haven't filed in a few years. Can you help?
Yes, and it's one of the most common things we handle. Penalties and interest keep running while returns sit unfiled, so the sooner it's addressed the better the outcome usually is. We'll get you caught up and deal with the IRS directly.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the complexity of your return or the scope of your books. We quote before any work starts, so you'll know the number going in. The first consultation is free.
Are you only open during tax season?
No. We're open year-round, Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 Eastern. Tax questions don't stop in April, and planning work happens well before it.
